Comprehensive Consultation
During your one-on-one consultation, we will discuss everything involved in your project. This will include going over the ideas you have in mind, as well as our own, to create the ideal home for you and your family. We will also outline a budget and schedule a timeline to complete the work. Also, we will assign one of our owners as a project manager to work closely with you from start to finish to ensure the project goes according to plan and all of your needs are met.

Planning the Project
As your vision of the perfect home comes into focus, our general contracting company will assemble a team of experienced and accomplished designers who will develop a plan for your residential construction or renovation project. The plan will outline the various benchmarks of the project with consideration to you and your family’s schedules. We will also discuss possible design options with you, and if necessary, with your architect, while also identifying any potential challenges. With proper planning, you can rest assured your project will stay on schedule and within budget.
Implementing the Project
Once the plan is ready to be carried out, your assigned project manager will help guide you through each phase of construction. They will go over project changes, budgets, and schedules with you, as well as assist with the coordination of staff and subcontractors.
Finalizing the Project
Upon the completion of your project, we will conduct a walkthrough and review the final checklist to ensure all aspects have been addressed and resolved. We will also review any new systems and controls with you and address any questions or concerns you may have.
One-Year Warranty
All projects include a one-year workmanship warranty. For your convenience, we will coordinate a schedule of return dates with you. These dates are assigned for the team to return to your home and address any items that may need further attention. It is unlikely any additional work will need to be done; however, we want to have the dates available should anything require a second look.
